Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days, depending on order size. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time (United States)
Standard shipping takes 2–4 business days via USPS once your order leaves our fulfillment center. Express options (1–3 business days via USPS Priority) may be available at checkout.

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can only correct an address before the order enters fulfillment. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at loworn.usa@gmail.com.

Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed — carrier delays, weather, and holidays can occasionally extend delivery times.

Lost packages
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
