Refund policy

Because our products are dietary supplements intended for consumption, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at loworn.usa@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the product you received. Once your claim is approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method — no need to ship anything back.

Lost or undelivered packages
If your tracking shows no movement or your package appears lost in transit, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Incorrect shipping address and unclaimed packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for shipments sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, or for packages returned to the carrier as unclaimed. If you notice an address error, email us immediately — we can only correct it before the order enters fulfillment.

Order cancellations
Orders enter fulfillment quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order — once an order has been processed for fulfillment, we can no longer cancel or modify it.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at loworn.usa@gmail.com.
