Ordering & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch within 1–3 business days, and delivery within the US takes 7–14 business days after that. Every order ships with tracking. Each instrument ships direct from where it's made, which adds about a week compared with a large retailer.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free on every order, no minimum, no surprise charges at checkout. Any duties are covered by us — you won't be asked to pay anything on delivery.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. US only at this time.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Only before the order enters fulfilment. Email support@loworn.com straight away and we'll do our best.
Returns & Warranty
What if it isn't right for me?
Email support@loworn.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a line about what didn't work. We reply within one business day with a return number and our US return address, and refund you in full as soon as the instrument arrives back with us.
Who pays for return postage?
For a change of mind, you do — typically $8–10 within the US. If the instrument arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover everything and you don't post anything back.
What if it breaks?
Scalp Revive™ is covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects. Send us a short video of the problem and approved claims receive a free replacement unit — no return needed.
It arrived damaged.
Send a photo to support@loworn.com within 30 days and choose a free replacement or a full refund. Nothing needs to be shipped back and you pay no postage.
Using Scalp Revive™
How often should I use it?
Ten minutes, most evenings. It's designed as a nightly ritual rather than an occasional treatment — but there's no harm in using it less.
Which serum or oil can I use?
Any liquid scalp serum, hair oil or tonic you already own. Pour a few drops into the reservoir. Thicker creams and masks won't travel through the capillary channel — stick to liquids and light oils.
Can I use it without any product?
Yes. The light and the massage modes work perfectly well on a dry scalp.
Does it work on all hair types?
Yes. The silicone nodes are designed to move through straight, wavy, curly and coily hair, and to reach the scalp rather than pull at the strands.
Can I use it on wet hair or in the shower?
The head is splash-proof, so damp hair is fine. Don't submerge it, and don't use it in the shower.
Does the red light get hot?
No. It's a low-heat LED array. You'll feel warmth, not heat.
The Instrument
How long does the battery last?
Roughly 7 days of ten-minute sessions per full charge. It charges over USB-C with the included cable.
What's in the box?
The instrument, a USB-C cable, a manual and a travel case.
What colours are available?
Red and Grey Purple.
How do I clean it?
Rinse the comb head under warm water, wipe the body with a damp cloth, and let it dry fully before charging. Flush the reservoir with warm water when you switch products.
Honest Answers
Will this regrow my hair?
We're not going to tell you it will. Scalp Revive™ is a personal-care tool — it delivers serum to the scalp, massages it, and shines a 630nm red light while it does. It isn't a medical device, it isn't a treatment, and anyone selling you a comb as a cure for hair loss is overreaching. If hair loss is your concern, speak to a dermatologist.
So what is it actually for?
Comfort, routine and getting your serum where you intended it to go. People use it because a ten-minute scalp massage at the end of the day feels good and is easy to keep doing.
Is it safe?
For most people, yes — it's a low-heat light and a gentle massage. Don't use it on broken, irritated or sunburned skin, or over a recent scalp procedure. If you have a scalp condition, are pregnant, or are on medication that affects light sensitivity, check with your doctor first.
