Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States.
Cost. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no threshold.
Processing time. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days, depending on order size. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time (United States). Standard shipping takes 2–4 business days via USPS once your order leaves our fulfillment center. Express options (1–3 business days via USPS Priority) may be offered at checkout.
Address changes. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can only correct an address before the order enters fulfillment. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at loworn.usa@gmail.com.
Delays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed — carrier delays, weather, and holidays can occasionally extend delivery times.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are dietary supplements intended for consumption, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has shipped.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at loworn.usa@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.
Lost packages. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date and we will make it right.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within several business days.
